We are writing to let you know about planned electrical upgrade works at Middlesex Street Estate.
The works will be carried out by UK Power Networks (UKPN), the electricity network operator, and will provide a long-term upgrade to the estate’s electricity supply, including additional capacity and a dedicated supply for the estate.
Before the main works can take place, UKPN needs to confirm which homes and businesses are connected to each electrical switch.
To help with this, UKPN will briefly switch off the electricity supply to different parts of the estate. If your home or business is affected, the interruption should only last around two minutes.
During this short power outage, the lifts will be unavailable, and you may notice lighting failure in communal areas, loss of WIFI and other effects of mains power loss.
When will this happen?
The short power interruption will take place on:

At one of these times: 9am / 10.30am /12pm / 2pm / 3.30pm
WE NEED YOUR HELP
If you are at home on this day and notice that your electricity has gone off, or if you come home and notice that any of your clocks have re-set, please let us know.
This will help UKPN identify which homes are connected to each switch and plan the forthcoming electrical upgrade works.

Do you rely on electrical medical equipment?
